Here’s our default position:
If you are not happy with the service you are receiving, you can stop the project and we’ll refund our services fees for the current stage, or we will fix the problem to your satisfaction without delay.
Is there any “fine print”? Unfortunately, yes – our “services fee” is only that portion of your payments which we receive for our efforts i.e. excluding any money spent on Pay-Per-Click, which is of course unrecoverable (sadly). But we certainly won’t be profiting from our services, if you are unhappy – your satisfaction is vital to our ongoing business.
At each stage of your project, there is a defined start, and end point, and there’s a “Pay-Per-Click Budget Allowance”. During each stage, your cancellation and refund options will be made clear, within that stage, and any conditions under which you might have to add some funds to the Pay-Per-Click Budget Allowance will be spelt out clearly.
Once you pass a “Go / No-go” point, and move to the next stage, you are confirming that you are satisfied with the previous stage, and any money spent to that point is then non-refundable.

Your Peraffic Consultant (that’s our fancy name for salesperson) will ensure you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of your customised Peraffic Project.
Basically, it’s like this:
We provide services and we manage your Pay-Per-Click Campaign.
You pay a deposit (or a booking deposit and then a proper deposit) in advance for your project, and then there will be a payment programme. After that, we usually agree to some form of “pay for performance” – that is, we can only make money if you are making more sales.
But that’s a two-way street… you have to do your part, provide the information we need, report your successes and make your performance payments promptly.
If you don’t pay payments when they’re due, your Ads will stop showing and your leads will stop flowing!
If your campaign appears, to us, to be “failing” (because you are getting sales, leads or other marketing benefits but you’re not telling us) – and yet you seem happy and are reluctant to stop, we’ll probably ask why – you see we expect you to be fair and equitable… if you are getting the commercial results, you should be willing to make your payments.
If the results are less than expected – we realise we may never be paid in full… on the other hand if the results are spectacular… please feel free to offer us a bonus!
